Ellis Starr, also known as "Ubercapper", has been studying horse racing for nearly 40 years and understands all aspects of handicapping as well as betting.  Nearly 20 years ago, Ellis was one of the first handicappers to publish his selections on the Internet and to share his knowledge on a daily basis.

We hope you will be able to join us to hear Ellis Starr speak.  Please note that we are back at Audubon Country Club and will be continuing with our menu choices.

Please advise if you will be attending as well as what you would like to eat from the following choices:

Covered Bridge Salad:  Grilled chicken, red onions, pecans, crumbled feta cheese, and mandarin oranges tossed with crisp greens and cranberry-honey vinaigrette

Audubon Country Club:  Bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey, ham, Swiss Cheese and American cheese served on wheat bread

Audubon Burger: 1/2 pound of in-house ground chuck grilled to perfection, and served with tomato, lettuce, onion and American cheese on a toasted brioche bun  

If you are not a current CPCU paid member the cost is $20 per person.
