We are very pleased to announce that Robert W. The need for this product is greater than you may think.  Almost any company could have IP risk.  Any company that is making, using, selling, importing, or offering for sale most goods or services in commerce is vulnerable to IP litigation.  Many companies may also have established rights in patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secrets making IP risk management a critical part of constructing an effective risk management plan.

Intellectual property and patent litigation is an important and timely topic.  We are fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and hear from a nationally recognized expert in the field of IP insurance.  Please plan to join us and we encourage you to bring guests to what will be a most informative luncheon.

The charge for the luncheon will be $15.  If you are a current chapter member whose dues are paid for 2014, there is no charge for you.  If you bring a guest the charge for each guest is $15.  You can pay at the door.  If you plan to come, please respond to Steve Meschler CPCU at smeschler@kemi.com to let us know that you are coming and provide us the names of your guests.

One final note regarding the luncheon, this is not a Continuing Education program.  We had planned to hold a CE program in May, but because of several scheduling issues we are going to move our CE program to October.  Updates on the October program will follow.
