Title:        Building, Maintaining, and Transferring a Successful P&C Insurance Agency

The early bird deadline is quickly approaching for the EKU Risk Management and Insurance, Robert B. Morgan Insurance Confrence.  This is sure to be an excellent program.

The speakers will be: 
Ken Fields, Agency Vice President of Sales and Training with State Auto.  Ken is a Pacesetter expert and leader for 19 years, a highly-regarded new producer development program.  He will focus on building an agency through the development of producers.

Scott Nelson, President of the UNICO Group, an insurance brokerage agency located in Nebraska.  Scott will focus upon building and maintaining a successful agency.

Bob Pettinicchi, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for InsurBanc.  Bob will talk about financing growth, acquisition and transfer of an agency.

Burke A. Christensen, JD, CLU, Director of Risk Management and Insurance program at EKU.  Burke will present on ethics and will be our concluding speaker.

All proceeds from this program will go towards scholarships for our students.  Lunch is provided and there will be many students on hand for you to meet.
